“I ordered an item that the website said "available in 2-3 days". 6 days later i contacted customer service who said they had to order it from the manufacturer and would receive it in 10-15 business days and then ship it. So I'd count on a month or so.”

Looked at reviews for your company and almost all compalin about how long it takes to ship product...does that apply to contact lens also?
